Stir the contents thoroughly before and during use.
Brush/Roller:
Apply with proper thinning.
Conventional Spray:
Add maximum 10-20% thinner if required.
Splash & Spillage: Good for salt and water. Not recommended for Acids, Alkalis and solvents.
Mild fumes and outdoors: Good for salt and water. Fair, for Acids, Alkalis and solvents
Temperature Resistance: 80°C (continuous), 100°C (intermittent)
Weatherability: Excellent under mild industrial and chemical exposure.
Flexibility: Excellent
Abrasion Resistance: Moderate.
Remove oil, grease and other contaminants by solvent cleaning. Blast clean to a minimum Sa2 ½ Swedish standard. Surface profile should not exceed 35-40 microns. Where blasting is not possible, use mechanical tools along with manual chipping and wire brushing. Excessive burnishing of steel is to be avoided. The surface should be clean and dry before applying a primer coat.
