KISSAN REDOXIDEMETAL PRIMER

KISSAN REDOXIDEMETAL PRIMER is anti-corrosive pigments which is economical in use

CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Provides good anti-corrosive properties because of corrosion inhibitive pigments
  • Protects wood and cement surface from environmental degradation due to good adhesion on the substrate by forming a tough barrier.

  • TYPE : Air drying modified medium with red iron oxide pigment
  • COLOUR : Red Oxide
  • FINISH : matt
  • FLASH POINT:Above 30 C
  • APPLICATION Brush, Spray or Airless spray
  • DRYING : Surface dry: 1-2 hrs.Handleable: 10-12 hrs.Hard dry: Overnight
  • Recommended DFT/Coat : 25-35 microns
  • VOLUME SOLIDS (%) : 32(Approx.)
  • (At recommended DFT) : 12.8-10.6 Sq. Mts. / Lt. /Coat
  • Over Coating Interval: Minimum Overnight
  • THINNER : Synthetic thinner
  • SHELF LIFE : 6 Months in individual sealed containers kept in a Cool dry place under standard storage conditions

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Degreasing should be done to remove all oil and greases. Organic solvents, alkaline solutions, steam, hot water, detergents will completely remove greasy substances. Apply by brush or spray with proper thinning.
