Recommended Usage:

It is recommended for all types of interior surface like smooth cement plaster, False Ceiling, Asbestos sheet, concrete surface. Avoid surfaces with continuous dampness and seepages.

Application Procedure:

New Surface :

New surface should be given enough time to mature. Make the surface smooth and uniform. Clean the surface from grease, loose or flaking particles. Apply a coat of KOHINOOR Cement Primer (W/T)

Old Surface :

Using an Emery Paper clean the surface free from all loose and powdery material and old paints film apply a coat of KOHINOOR Cement Primer (W/T)

Finishing :

Apply 2-3 coats of REAL GOLD Acrylic Distemper thinned with 500-650 ml by volume of potable water per kg. Allow drying time 5-6 hours between the coats.

Precaution:

Stir Well and Strain before use. Please do not add any kind of chemical or thinner in paint. Over dilution of NAVJIVAN Distemper may result in shade variation, poor hiding, poor bonding, or flaking. Excess brushing and stretching are also to be avoided.

Safety Informations:

Store in well ambient conditions, Ventilated locations and away from the source of ignition and fire. Keep away from children. In case of eye/skin contact, wash with plenty of water. Inhalation/Injection will cause danger. In case move to fresh air and consult medical practitioners in both the cases. Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to level below 10°c within 4 hrs of application. Avoid thinning for better result The container must be tightly closed when not in use. Stir well and strain before use. Use safety equipments like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles/ glasses & face mask

Note :

Covering capacity of the paint will vary depending on substrate, surface preparation, method of application and other factors. The practical covering capacity will differ from the theoretical covering capacity. As precautions, an initial trial may be undertaken to determine covering capacity of very rough or abnormal surfaces.
