REAL GOLD Exterior Emulsion is a paint which can withstand the extreme condition of the Indian tropical climate giving an extra long life to the paint. Advanced technological formulation gives the product a super power to resist the algae and fungus formed due to rains. It has an added advantage of water resistance and dirt resistance combined together. Latex film properties helps in covering the hairline cracks and gives the paint a durable glossy film.
REAL GOLD is recommended for all types of exterior surface like cement plaster, Asbestos sheet, Concrete surface. Avoid surfaces with continuous dampness and seepages.
Previously painted surface should be made free from all dust, greasy and powdery material. The algale and fungal growth can be removed using wire brush and the surface must be cleaned with water splash. All loose old paint must be cleaned from the surface with wire brush and water jet and left to dry. All structural cracks must be open in V shape filled with White Cement/Cement based Plaster and leakage should be stopped, before actual painting. Cracks should be filled up using a cement and sand mixture in the ratio 1:3. Newly plastered surface must have been cured atleast 2-3 months prior the painting. In case of newly plastered surface, apply one coat of REAL GOLD Exterior cement primer or REAL GOLD exterior emulsion diluted 1:1 with water. Apply two coats of finish paint by thinning with 300-400 ml of clean water per 1 ltr of paint. Allow drying time 3-4 hours between the coats.
Stir Well and Strain before use. Please do not add any kind of chemical or thinner in paint. Over dilution of REAL GOLD Exterior Emulsion Premium may result in shade variation, poor hiding, poor bonding, or flaking. Excess brushing and stretching are also to be avoided.
Store in well ambient conditions, Ventilated locations and away from the source of ignition and fire. Keep away from children. In case of eye/skin contact, wash with plenty of water. Inhalation/Injection will cause danger. In case move to fresh air and consult medical practitioners in both the cases. Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to level below 10°c within 4 hrs of application. Avoid thinning for better result The container must be tightly closed when not in use. Stir well and strain before use. Use safety equipments like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles/ glasses & face mask.
Covering capacity of the paint will vary depending on substrate, surface preparation, method of application and other factors.The practical covering capacity will differ from the theoretical covering capacity. As precautions, an initial trial may be undertaken to determine covering capacity of very rough or abnormal surfaces.
